Yes. Barrowmate is a waterproof protective system, so tools, plans and materials stay dry when it rains.
Can I get to things without taking the cover off?
Yes. The top access lid opens, so you can reach what's inside while the cover stays on the barrow.
Does Barrowmate lock?
No. The lockable model is no longer sold. The current Barrowmate has a top access lid without a lock.

The story
Barrowmate was invented by Townsville local Jason Chester, a fencer for over 30 years.
Jason came up with Barrowmate while doing fencing work on the Whitsunday Islands, where he had to carry his tools, plans and clothes with no vehicle. It was raining, and he needed something mobile that would keep everything safe and dry.
